Ancestral healing
I would like to share this visualisation on ancestral healing I did a few days ago and my experience with it.
It was a visualisation on freeing yourself from the patterns and believes ones female ancestors have passed down to the generations.
It is a guided visualisation in Daniela Hutters book. A book written in German called the Yin Principle.
I changed the visualisation slightly as I went along to align it with the teachings of divine truth.
In the visualisation it is suggested to visualise your female ancestors.
7 women from your mother bloodline.
7 generations down from your mother.
At the beginning one is suppose to visualise a golden band connecting all the women in a circle and feel the positive aspects they have given down through the generations to you.
I felt huge resistance to start the whole visualisation, as I still feel angry with my mother. I also felt no connection to my grandmother or great grandmother, as I didn’t know them. In fact I didn't feel I inherited anything good from them at all, only negative stuff.
I didn’t feel any honor, gratitude or proud of my ancestors.
I tried to visualise or feel into anything positive but was overwhelmed by only negative feelings for them. I visualised them being in the circle and I told all of them that I still feel so damaged, restricted and that I felt I had to deal with all their crap they didn't deal with that was passed onto me. I felt anger and than sadness and I cried, first feeling my own pain and than feeling into the women, into their hardship and my heart softend a bit, I kept crying, and telling them that we all need Gods love to truly heal.
I started longing for Gods love to heal me and cried more, and it soften me more and more to my ancestors and their pain.
After holding the golden band and feeling all the positive that one has inherited, the band was visualised to become dark and than the dark stuff of the bloodline should be felt (I did jump directly into that part), after being felt the band should be thrown into the fire of transformation by all the women.
Than the women are supposed to move 7 steps backwards and every one starting with the 7th mother would speak to her daughter, telling her daughter that she (the mother) is now taking full responsibility for all her feelings and all the stuff she has burdened her daughter with and damaged her with, so that she, her daughter, can be free of any pattern, believes and damage put upon her, so that she can be free to life her own unique life. While I did that for all the women, I felt all of us crying while we all witnessed this for the first 3 women.
After that it felt like we had released a lot as a group and I had the feeling my female ancestors had opened themselves to Gods love.
While we went through the circle I kept longing for Gods love and encouraging the mothers to open for Gods love and help.
I told them, inspired by Jesus Mediumships videos, that they only need to ask for help and that there are so many helpers waiting next to them to help them, they only need to ask. And that they only need to long for Gods love and allow their feelings. I told them that the helpers can tell them about Gods love and can help them evolve, that they can do all that in the spirit world right now, so much faster.
I do not feel that I have developed my medium ship skills very much, but I could sense that there were shifts. I had the feeling that some of them maybe even all (I do hope all) opened themselves up for help and to long for divine love.
After everyone of my female ancestors including my mother and myself were ‘set free’ from their mothers, we were all holding hands. We circulated our love, as guided in the visualisation, for each other through the circle and for the first time I felt connected to my lineage, my female ancestors, and love and gratitude for them.
And I felt so grateful that I did connect to them like that and that now we had this connection in love and they know about divine love. I also told them about soulmates and that they can become at one with God.
I want to meet with my female ancestors now every month. I would like us all to grow in divine love.
It would be so amazing if all my ancestors would receive divine love and in this way create huge generational healing.
The circle could even expand from the 7 to the 14 to the 21 generations.
I want to share this here, as I remember Jesus speaking about ancestoral healing when he was interviewed by the iridiologist, who had developed a system for ancestoral healing.
I am sure it also works for male with their male ancestors and also
with fathers and daughters and
mothers and sons.
The basic outline for the visualisation:
Visualise your female ancestors,
7 women from your mother bloodline.
7 generations down from your mother,
coming into a circle. Your mother standing on the left, the oldest women on your right.
You are all holding a golden band, connecting you all in a circle. Feel the positive aspects, the gifts of your female ancestors, they have given down through the generations to you.
Than the band looses its golden color and you open to feeling all the painful experiences of your ancestors, and how they have affected you.
After feeling these the band is thrown into a fire of transformation by all the women.
Than all the women are moving 7 steps backwards and every one starting with the 7th mother (on your right) speaks to her daughter, telling her daughter that she (the mother) is now taking full responsibility for all her feelings and all the stuff she has burdened her daughter with and damaged her with, so that she, her daughter can be free of any pattern, believes and damage put upon her, so that she can be free to life her own unique life.
