They were really helpful, thank you. I recognised bits of myself in all 3: self reliant loner, demanding and fear of feeling fear!

Also, touched by the amount of spirits letting us know they are helping us and really want us to progress. A lot are gathering for these assistance groups.

I could really see myself in Glens story (the self reliant australian). Now nine years into listening to AJ i feel like i am embarking on what Glen experienced after he passed while i am still here on earth. I have some awareness of the darkness in which i find myself and the numbness within me. Hopefully it wont take me sixty years to get to the anger and the tears and the genuine desire to feel my real emotions.

I've also just been reflecting, after reading some on the sentiment of "hope", how my being hopeful is not going to actually help me change anything, myself. I gather being sincerely prayerful is a better way to go, alongside making efforts to redirect my will, in terms of the choices I am making every day.

Now it's kind of funny & odd to say, I "hope" this is helpful,
but there you have it!, I do hope so!,
