What physical symptoms do you have when processing

When I'm crying or spending my time feeling my stuff I usually spit a lot, very constant and sometimes I feel like throwing up. So far, I have not experienced my fears but I get very cold.

Once I cried so deep like a child and I felt very warm and sweaty. I felt this heat coming from my head passing down through my body. This is what I believe it was a tiny fraction of God's love. It felt good and warm. If that is God's love, would it be the same for all? Have you had that experience?

here are some examples which hopefully you can draw from (not sure if everyone is the same when it comes to this)

Anger/Rage: Hot - heavy deliberate breathing - Face flush - grind my teeth - scream - can feel very destructive so I'm cautious to be alone
Fear/Terror: Shaking - short gasps for air - sweaty - (This is one of my current blocks, sorry I can't offer any more for now )
Sadness: Nasal congestion (unless i blow my nose) - lots and lots of tears - different sounds come out through the sadness e.g. sobbing etc
Gods Love: Warm fuzzy feeling throughout my body which feels like it fills me up, strong sense of peace afterward immediately followed by a desire to feel appreciation for the experience.
