Kombucha tea

Years ago my mother in law used to make kombucha tea. Kombucha is a tea that ferments and there is a living kombucha mush room in the tea that puts off healthy bacteria and has a lot of health benefits for humans.

Not to long ago a pastor gave me a whole case of store brought kombucha to drink. I noticed more energy and my angle pain went away. So I decided to grow my own scoby and make my own tea. It has been three weeks now and a scoby is starting to grow. Here is a couple of videos on kombucha and it health benefits and how to make it.
